Members may attend the Club on New Year’s Eve and quietly enjoy the evening together with the normal limit on friends and family. There will be no WSC organised event at the Club for New Year’s Eve and the bar will not be operating. BYO alcohol is permitted, but drink responsibly.
In the interests of security and as the area outside will be heavily populated the door must remain locked at all times after entry. If you are hosting any guests, please ensure that they understand the need for strict security. Members and guests are to enter the Club together and depart Club together. Guests are required to sign the Visitor Book at the front door.

The ramp gate must also not be used for social access on New Year's Eve.

Please be aware that as it is not a club organised event, Members who attend are responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable time for all and stay with their guests at all times. 

On departing, please make sure rooms are left tidy with rubbish deposited in the appropriate bins, all doors are locked and lights off at the end of the evening.
