On Wednesday 12th May a General Meeting was held in accordance with the Club’s Rules to set the membership fees for 2021-22 financial year. The Committee of Management recommended to the membership to increase the fees by 2.5%, which was not carried. A motion was then proposed to maintain all fees unchanged for a third year in a row, which was carried by the Membership present.
The CoM wishes to remind all Members that fees are expected to be paid by 31st July 2021. If not, and in accordance with the Rules, a Member may not take part in any Club activities, Club access will be removed and any storage held made available to other Members. If fees remain unpaid at 29th September, then the person will cease to be a Member.
People can make a direct pin payment through RevSport (transaction fees applies), alternatively, we encourage payment by Bank transfer. We recommend avoiding payment by EFTPOS or cash at the Club Office due to the heavy administrative burden and cost to the Club.
Any Member experiencing problems with paying their fees is able to contact the Secretary to discuss possible alternative arrangements.
