Senior Members of the WSC may apply in writing to the Committee of Management (CoM) to hire the upper deck function room.
Members must have served a 12-month continuous membership period before being eligible to hire the upper deck. The CoM may also approve use of the club premises or club facilities by associations, educational institutions and charitable organisations. Fees, terms and conditions of use are available from the Secretary. When the club premises are used for special functions, members who are not participating must not intrude into the event or area in use.
A notice showing the date, time and type of function will be placed on the website and notice board within the club premises two weeks prior to the event.

Function room - confirmed bookings
If you are wanting to use club facilities for a picnic or small get together, check beforehand to ensure that the upper deck has not already booked for a private or club function. Booked functions have exclusive use of the upper deck.
Our club rooms are for use by members, associations, educational institutions and charitable organisations.
The club function room can't be booked for Saturday functions during the sailing season as it is used by sailing members for after-race BBQs. The sailing season is generally from early October until mid to late May.
